Antique 19th Century Framed Miniature Painting on Porcelain Portrait of Young Child Mixed Media Watercolor Artist Signed

A wonderful 19th century miniature painting on porcelain with what looks like mixed media, watercolor and oil, (you can see the raised medium and some brushstrokes), of a young child in a white gown. The child has blonde curly hair with brown eyes and is wearing a ring on a chain around the neck. Artist signed on lower left area 'T.C. Macl???). Probably French in origin, housed in a wood and brass frame with the ribbon bowtie at the top.

Dimensions: Frame; 6 3/4" x 5 3/4", Porcelain; 3"

Condition: Overall VG the porcelain has minor edge chips, common from wear in the frame. The frame has wear around the circle with what was once probably cloth over the wood
